| Introduction | A thirty something somewhere in a big city in the north of England.Hasn't got an ology. I was diagnosed with Crohns disease in 1994 and had emergency surgery in 2004. This resulted in an ileostomy which I have chosen not to have reversed,as it has improved my quality of life enornmously. Unfortunatley, my Crohns has never gone into remission, which is quite unusual, so I have flare ups several times a year. I've started this blog, inspired by others who blog on different subjects, and as a place to let off steam away from family and friends, who are supportive, but will never live in my mind and understand my frustrations, nor should they. It really will be my secret diary. |
