| Introduction | I am an ACE certified personal trainer and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Athletic Training. I am the Owner and Lead Trainer of Dufloth Fitness Personal Training & Outdoor Family Fitness. I owned and operated a Baby Boot Camp franchse from January 2007 until November 2009. I also am the Fitness Coordinator for St Helena Hospital's Recovery Program. I live in Santa Rosa with my husband James and our two beautiful children, Sevannah (3/2004) and Jazper (4/2006). |
