| Introduction | ECO-V was established in 2001 by Kanchana with her friends studying with her in the university who loved environment. Their main aim was to speak to the people around them on small things that they can do to change the environment around them. Kanchana had the opportunity of being trained at Durrel Wild Life Conservation Trust in Jersy, UK where she sharpened her skills in environmental education and it gave her an insight to conservation issues while working with the community. |
