| Introduction | Trying not to identify myself as a person who suffers from PMDD has been difficult. It has been an all-encompassing problem in my life since I was a child, and I did not even realize it until I turned 30. Imagining how my life would be now had I known about the PMDD sooner or received proper treatment for it before I hit high school is almost impossible to do at this point. Why should I waste my time thinking about that? I've got to move forward. I've got to keep going. |
