Introduction	I've recently gone through some pretty major life changes. In particular, I quit my job to return to university full-time to pursue another degree and career, I turned 30 years old, and I've finally made the decision to lose 120 pounds! I created this blog to share the trials, tribulations, and, more importantly, success, of losing 120 pounds!
