Born in England and currently residing in Australia, I am a published writer of poetry, articles and short stories. My works have appeared in Brisbane's local newspaper, magazines and four anthologies. As an evangelical Christian I seek to promote the gospel message through creative writing. I have also presented devotions at women's meetings and performed poetry live at Christian arts events. Now retired, I previously worked as a therapy assistant in a residential facility for disabled adults and in community health. I am married with two adult sons and a lovely daughter-in-law. In my spare time I enjoy reading, writing, propagating native plants and walking. |
