| Introduction | Starry Night Rental is both our home and a place of welcome in the midst of Vermont's southern Green Mountains. I have retired after 40 years of pastoral ministry in the United Church of Christ. Lots of background in outdoor retreat ministry with youth and adults (biking, hiking, kayaking) along with 18 retreats to Washington, D.C.'s Holocaust Memorial Museum, Newseum, National Archives and numerous other sites to explore the connection between faith, science, ethics, and our call to serve. We foster a safe & welcoming space that is inclusive and affirming. A favorite quote by Robert Ingersoll serves as our mission statement that guides all that we do: "We rise by lifting others." |
