| Introduction | Hello my name is Hazel Grace Lancaster. I have thyroid cancer with mets in my lungs. I am seventeen years old. I love reading and watching America's Next Top Model. I have short hair, like a boy's hair cut, and I have to carry around a portable oxygen tank to help me breath. You see I am a grenade and one day I will blow up and I will hurt everyone around me, but maybe then people will realized that I was right; cancer is a side effect of dying. I am writing this blog though to express to you a part of my life that let me forget those thoughts for once and experience something amazing, a boy named Augustus Waters. One more fact my favorite book is An Imperial Affliction by Peter Van Houten. |
