| Introduction | I have worked in recruitment for over 14 years, most of my career has been based around IT, particularly Oracle Applications. More recently in my career I changed focus and started working in Marketing. I work predominately Clientside on Digital Marketing roles and feel this has been an easy transition due to my IT background. I recruit for Digital Marketing jobs nationwide in the UK. I come from an extremely technical background having worked in IT recruitment for over 10 years. I also have a passion for anything Technology and Social Media related. I like using the tools available to me to attract the best candidates, the ones that weren't actively looking, and aren't available to my competitors.
