| Introduction | I got intersted in running barefoot in August 2009 after reading "Born to Run". Tried doing it in October - December. In December I recieved a Christmas/birthday gift from my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. Some vibram fivefingers (VFF). I received them in January 2010 and have been working up my running shape in them since. Also backpacked in them in April 2010. I did 4.5 miles in them the first day and 10 miles the second day. |
