| Introduction | I am currently the President of Strategic Learning Solutions, an international corporation who specializes in human capital development and people strategies for companies with a "getting better agenda". I have over 15 years of sales management and executive management experience. I specialize in strategic planning, human capital preservation/development, and sales/marketing strategies that work. I have been published and quoted in many articles relating to the human capital investment and hope to publish a book in 2009. I am passionate about charity work and support organizations like Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale. I currently serve as the Board Recruitment Chair for the Partnership for a Drug-free America, Arizona Affiliate.
