| Introduction | I am a mommy of 4 (2 dogs, 2 kids) and a fireman's wife. I love God and I love everything about my life. I am a Healthy Housewife family member. I am a fitness professional- I teach Zumba and Insanity and I am an independent beach body coach. Helping people is a passion of mine and I do that through fitness and sharing about my clean eating adventures. I love to craft and garden and work on my house but I don't always have time for that kind of stuff. Raising my kids to the best of my ability is what I am after and raising them to be smart and independent little people :) |
