| Introduction | Welcome! I created Mary's Garden Jewelry blog for the purpose of sharing my creations with my friends and customers, with a little bit of me thrown in as well! I have been creating rosaries and jewelry for nearly 8 years now. I enjoy all kinds of styles and mediums when it comes to my creations. That is why you will, at any given time, find an ecletic selection in my shop. I create what interests and moves me and I find inspiration everywhere. Especially in gardens. I love a beautiful, colorful, English cottage garden in full bloom. Though, truth be told, I probably most often find my spark in one of my bead boxes! I am a wife, a mother, a friend, a child of God. I am uncomfortable with the word 'artist' and I would rather refer to myself as a craftsman. As in someone who makes decorative or practical objects skillfully by hand. That is what I strive to be and, if I can do that, I will be satisfied. I hope you enjoy my ramblings! |
