Introduction	When you're working on becoming a first time mother to a child (or children) of as-of-yet unknown age, sex, race, and circumstance, there's a lot to think about. We accepted a foster-adopt placement of a young boy in November of 2006, he became legally free a month later, and now we're adjusting to being a family of three while we wait to legally adopt him. I make stuff, too.
