Introduction I have had my ups and downs like the rest of us. What I know for sure is that no matter what you've been through, it is possible to free yourself from your own negative thought patterns that block you from seeing the light in others. I started this blog to express the love and light that has come pouring through me since I said "YES" to freeing my mind. I am committed to boldly and authentically living in the light!

I love to travel the world and through this travel am very clear that we are all the same at the core. The love and kindness I have felt from people of all backgrounds and belief systems is palpable. So far I've been blessed to visit ~20 countries - I look forward to continuing to explore the incredible beauty in this world over the years.

Music speaks to me in a way that words cannot express. Cornel West said it best when he said that "Music is what we need when language fails us, but we cannot remain silent". The title for this blog was inspired by "Live in the Light" by Fertile Ground (check out the video in my first blog post). I will be sharing music on this blog that's inspiring and keeps me on my path to "living the light". Keep shining!
