| Introduction | I love to help others and I love to exercise. I have been fortunate and people have helped me and I would like to do the same for others where I can. I wish I can exercise as and when I want for fun everyday of my life. I go to the gym, I run, golf, played tennis, swim, basketball, squash, etc. I find exercise a good way to de-stress, lose weight and energize yourself and look young. |
