Introduction	I have had requests from many of my friends and family to start sharing my love of baking, especially cakes, with the world. That may be a bit dramatic but either way I have decided to do so through this medium of blogging. I have been baking cake for almost two years now and have made everything from a gorgeous three tier wedding cake to a small tire shaped cake. I love the working with cake and icing, because of the challenge and the fact that you can always eat your mistakes and that always makes thing that much sweeter!
