Introduction	I am a culinary student at the Institute of Culinary Education. I am studying culinary arts where I will learn everything from butchering, to cake decorating, to braising meat. This blog will document all of the exciting things I learn throughout my seven months in school. Upon graduation I hope to work in food media. My ultimate goal: work for the Food Network (duh). This is the first step of this exciting journey, and I hope to share it all with you!
