| Introduction | Thanks to Allyson Seconds for a perfect profile picture. I write poetry because words are the artist's tool that I know well enough to improvise with. Like jazz, but the music is language. (Grammar and dictionary words are more classical. I know them, but I disprefer them.) My whole life I may strive to understand music, paint, and clay in the same capacity with which I riff on words, brush them from my mouth, mold them into a jar that contains the idea, feeling, memory of my poem. |
Paper or briefs?
Oo, briefs are infinitely more comfortable and washable, and if you sewed the leg holes together, you could actually make a reusable grocery bag. Won't be printing my dissertation on briefs though. Paper still has its uses.
