| Introduction | In 2013 I started exploring what it means to connect with both my wild and wise self. The wild self leads us into new adventures, encourages exploration of our wildness in all aspects of ourselves. It is the wild self who dances with abandon and swims naked in streams and loves as if there is no tomorrow. Our wise self draws on all we have learned to maintain a positive life for ourselves and to be an elder in service to our families and communities. The wise self has learned to trust the instincts and intuition of it's wild self and integrates knowledge from it's whole being. |
