Introduction	My Mantra -- Simple Easy fast cooking. Main reason to start this blog was to maintain a diary for all the recipes I had scribbled in different books/sheets etc .Also with the intention that this might serve as a Recipe diary for all those interested in vegetarian cooking:) Most of the recipes here are from my MOM and MIL which I have tried and published here. So log-in and Happy experimenting with me!:)
