Introduction	In a fit of big-hearted spontaneity, I committed to a 100-mile charity bike ride in June 2012. Notes: 1. The last time I set my carefree rear on a bike, I was about 12 years old and god knows how many pounds lighter. 2. I didn't even own a bike when I said I'd do this. Hahaha! It's funny because it's clinically insane!
