| Introduction | I graduated in 2005 at the ripe old age of 49 from Knox College in Galesburg, IL, the "Harvard of the Midwest." I was a double major in political science and literature with a minor in history. My specialty in polysci was the media and politics, and my specialty in literature was the Victorians, particularly Dickens and Hardy. I'm also a disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Service. Last but not least, I'm a huge fan of Bruce Springsteen! I hosted an all-Springsteen radio show for almost three years called "The Ministry of Rock and Roll," and I've now seen him 25 times in concerts. |
