| Introduction | I'm a mom with 8 kids - all the same dad. Met him when I was 18 and loved him ever since. He's 10 years older than I am and we've been married for almost 20 years this year. It's been a wonderful time with all the ups and downs to make a great book if I ever get around to it. I didn't want to get involved in a blog because I don't have lots of time to spare but I felt it was something that I should do so here I am. Is it for my sake or for someone else's I have no idea. I'm not a writer either but putting your ideas onto paper isn't really writing it's more like thinking out loud. That's all this blog will be: me! thinking out loud. Ellen helped me to set this up. I think that it will be just about mothering. The title "mother of many" is something that I was called once and I liked the sound of it. I'm sure there are people out there saying "8 isn't MANY" but that's okay. I don't care. They can write their own blog! This one is mine. Owen and I split the work down traditional lines: he works outside the home to earn a living, and I work inside the home to keep us alive! :) Ha Ha |
