| Introduction | Minoo Jha has been in 2 profoundly different careers. In India, she was an Advertising Copywriter who would eventually found her own agency Purple Patch. In the US, Minoo's career has been in Incentive Compensation, initially as a Commissions Analyst and currently as an Xactly certified and Varicent trained SPM Configuration Consultant. Minoo considers herself an SME in both the advertising and incentive compensation fields. Prior to this blog, Minoo's writing appeared in a few local newspapers and magazines in India. |
