Introduction | I am a born again Fitness nut, I was always in shape and taught aerobics, I let myself go because I thought I was a Granny and that was all that matter. I convienced myself it was ok to look like a Granny. 9 years later I realized I wasn't happy with the Me I was in the mirror and wanted my old self back. I was told it was impossible, I was over 50 and to just give it up and enjoy life. weel Exercising is one of the ways I enjoy life , At Christmas 2004 I found myself at 200 lbs so I found BFL and took my 1st challenge jan. 2005. I'l lost 48 lbs since Christmas and 13% Body fat and gain a little muscle definition. I enter what I guess you could call my very 1st fitness contest on www.bodyforlifers.com and took 1st prize. I am extremly happy with my results and feel good about myself again and confident. My goal is to be a spokesperson for BFL and teach an BFL workshop at my local GYM. I want to spread the word that BFL works . |
