| Introduction | A husband and wife team. Yusuf is a a sous chef at The Duck Inn, Stanhoe. Yusuf trained to be a carpenter and found his hands were also very good with food. Clarissa has a background in film and TV, she worked as a designer in London for many years. Always a passionate and inventive cook, very inspired by the local Turkish and Vietnamese restaurants in Hackney. A keen cook of South East Asain food, and of nutrition. Yusuf and Clarissa both love local and seasonal produce of which there are plenty in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Unthank Supper Club began as a way to enjoy cooking together and meeting new friends in a strange and foreign land and has blossomed into much more. |
