Introduction	I was practically raised up in a restaurant kitchen. Even though I decided not to work in the restaurant business, cooking is in my nature. I love to experiment, surprise and please with food. There's nothing more heart-warming than seeing your guests lick their plates clean after a meal you served ;) This blog is about working with traditional recipes, coming up with new ones, Finnish food culture, nature and healthy eating (occasionally, at least). It's a personal food diary to keep track of recipes and to communicate ideas. Feel free to comment, suggest and discuss!
