Favorite movies	all BBC dramas, esp. miniseries. I, Claudius; Our Mutual Friend (all Dickens done by the BBC in fact); anything with Helena Bonham-Carter in some period get-up (Wings of the Dove, A Room With a View, Where Angels Fear to Tread); Pride and Prejudice (the A&E miniseries not the new one).
Favorite music	i like music, it's just not really my thing.
Favorite books	I like all Biographies, especially ones of overwrought and overly dramatic women; The Illustrated Treasury of Children's Literature; all the Harry Potter books (which I read or listen to on CD like other people watch tv, it makes my brain go hummmmm...); and the His Dark Materials Trilogy.
