| Introduction | I'm a single mum of one gorgeous boy who is my whole life. Unfortunately this means I have not really been looking after myself and am not in the physical condition that I would like to be or that is optimal for my health. I have recently been watching Judith Lucy's Spiritual Journey on the ABC and have really felt a connection. The fourth episode on Yoga had a bit of an effect and I have decided to start this blog as an outlet for my thoughts. |
