| Introduction | Hi! My name is Heather and I have decided to share and hash over my life with the world. I think it is mildly entertaining from time to time, and thought it might be nice to share some day-to-day life with my family and friends who are all so far away. Maybe it will help me to keep a healthy perspective on all the seeming chaos, as well. I was born and raised mostly down south, spent a good stint of my adolescence and early adulthood in the lovely city of Denver, finished school in Kansas City, and somehow ended way up here in the Land of the Unendurably Long Winter (Minnesota.) I am a scientist at a large, famous, and well-reputed health facility, and spend my weekdays looking for and identifying every type of parasite known to afflict man. (This is often more than mildly entertaining.) I have a very smart and often sassy eleven-year-old daughter, an assertive two-year-old, a husband, a dog, 2 cats, amd an ever-chaning number of fish. As for the rest, I suppose it will all come out sooner or later. :) |
