| Interests | In the past I have enjoyed jewellery making - both resin jewellery and precious metal and stones; card making; sewing clothes and handbags; knitting (really didn't last long); cross stitch; bobbin lace making (I never quite got into it fully, much to Granny May's dismay I'm sure - she is genius at it!); and drawing. These days I am doing more acrylic & watercolour paintings; hand sewing; gardening; and baking. I have many projects on my agenda that I wish to do. As I do them, I will share them with you. A few things I hope to make include a few Waldorf Steiner dolls for my daughter to play with; hand sew little wool felt animals; learn to crochet; sew my own cloth nappies and mumma cloth pads; plant an organic veggie patch; raise chooks; cook and bake using more wholesome ingredients and produce; and generally work toward living more economically and sustainably. |
