| Introduction | By profession, I'm an elementary strings teacher. I'm on a spiritual journey through life. My education at a small Southern Baptist College in Missouri informs my journey, but doesn't completely define it. I guess you'd say I'm a recovering Baptist. Definitely, the church to which I belong which used to be a Southern Baptist Church, has evolved into something more. Heaven forbid, my church ordains women and is gay-affirming.
