| Introduction | My job involves a lot of traveling whether within the USA or to Asia, Europe, Middle East, and other parts of the world. To get some relief from work stress when I'm away from home, I would make a point to enjoy local specialties which I try to replicate in my kitchen so my family and friends can enjoy them as well... Having lived in Vietnam,Hong Kong, Europe and USA I love to experiment and prepare different types of cuisines. Every so often, I love to throw theme parties and cook for 10 to 100 guests! |
