Introduction	I've been a non smoker since 3/1/7 having finally quit my 20 year, 20 a day habit. I fear I have lost my mojo. I have tried to cut down from the 20 cans of diet coke I have drunk most days for the past 20 years. I fear I have become dull. I am on a last ditch attempt to loose the excess 6 stone I've been carrying around for the past 16 years, before I hit 40. That works out at having to loose 2 stone a year for the next three years....you do the math if you wanna know how old I am then. I fear I may just die of boredom unless the tinterweb world at large helps me blog it all outta my system....
