Introduction	Wellcome to my blog! My name is Sarah Moyal and I started this blog because I wanted to share my daily joys of life with you to hopefully bring you some joy to your lives. There are a lot of life pressures (marriage, kids, successful career) and often it is hard to be happy when you feel like you have to attain all these "goals" but I feel like it is healthier to focus on the daily joys of life. Happiness is not a destination but a mood. If more people thought of it that way then maybe they would be happy more often.
