If you are going through some tough challenges right now, I want to assure you that NOTHING is too hard, you haven't sunk too low, you are not too far gone to begin to re create a happy and fulfilling life. Yes my friend, you can shine again! I myself am a happy survivor after suffering from being a victim of dysfunctional parenting, toxic relationships, childhood/spousal abuse, abandonment, depression, anxiety disorder, addiction, PTSD, being falsely accused and jailed, vicarious living and if that isn't enough ... 2 bouts with cancer. My heart's desire is to uplift and encourage you, 1 Hug at a Time! I am a Nationally Certified/Licensed Therapon and Stress Management Coach. I have recently started a non profit organization called "1 Hug at a Time" that creates personalized gifts for children suffering from cancer and other life threatening infirmities.
