Introduction	The Town of Boxborough is accepting applications for the Community Garden at Flerra Meadows for the 2011 growing season. The garden will open mid-May, after tilling. Water is on-site via a hand-crank well. There is a fence around the entire garden area to deter animals, a large garden cart, and watering cans for transporting water from the well to the individual plots. Local manure will likely be delivered. Small (10’x10’), medium (10’x20’) and large plots (20’x20’) are available for a $20 to $40 fee to Boxborough residents. Applications and a copy of the Flerra Meadows Community Garden Rules & Regulations are available at Town Hall and on the Town’s Agricultural Commission Web site at http://www.town.boxborough.ma.us/boxborough/tb=AgCom.html.
