| Introduction | Currently Sous Chef at 206 Front and Bianchi's in Hattiesburg, MS. I began cooking like most little Italian boys...helping Grandma prepare the weekly family meal. My "Professional" career began with an apprenticeship at The Sovereign in Central Florida. A return to South Florida began the trial by fire of learning to stay out of the "WEEDS." I then moved back to Central Florida and eventually opened my own place, where I learned the hard way to get it in writing when my so called partner stabbed me in the back. Everything happens for a reason, and I'm in a better place now. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.... |
