| Introduction | I grew up in Colorado Springs, CO where I currently reside. I went to undergrad at Colorado State University where I received a B.S. In Psychology. After that I moved to Springfield, MA and received a M.S. In Psychology with a concentration in Athletic Counseling. I have since moved back to Colorado to pursue my MBA fulltime. I have worked with various sports teams such as college football and softball, Junior hockey, and high school volleyball and wrestling. I focused my work on such topics as imagery, goal-setting, mental toughness, teamwork, leadership, and confidence. I actively follow most sports but pay particular attention to baseball, football, and hockey. |
