| Introduction | Hey! Thanks for checking out my blog! My name is Elya (pronounced ee-LEE-uh, if you don't me). I love God and His people, and those are really the most important things you need to know. I'm currently living with my family and caring for my younger brother who was in a car accident in April 2010. (He is emerging from the coma but still needs 24/7 care.) Because there is a chance my brother will never fully recover (although we are hoping and praying for complete healing), my parents have advised me to go ahead and take a year to teach in Uganda in 2012. And that is what I am going to do. :) |
