| Introduction | I am a person who is very Spiritual and my Faith has given me the courage and strength to accept the things present and to accept and grow from the things I cannot change. I discovered at the start of my journey it was a lonely place to be, no one understood me, not even myself. Myself within my cocoon, transforming everyday. Having a loving, supportive family, who gave me the space to go within as helped me to understand what a spiritual journey entails, sharing this with you all will help you understand you are not alone. My words I share bring inspiration, hope and faith that all challenges can be overcome by taking small steps each day. Each mountain can be climbed, the first step will always be the hardest, but will bring with it hope you can carry on. We each can transform, we just have to find stillness and peace within. I hope my words bring strength and comfort to you all and brings to you the courage to take that first step on discovering and finding the person called you. |
