| Introduction | "Iron rusts from disuse; water loses its purity from stagnation...even so does inaction sap the vigour of the mind," (Leonardo da Vinci) and so, most satisfying to me, to the mind, is discovering and creating. It takes up everything in that moment, and you forget sleep and food. This is something no one can take away from you, because it came from you, your mind, your spirit, your soul.
