Introduction	Debasree is the name...friends call Debby. A studious, academic person whose interest in cooking is rather new. Being a post-grad in Applied Economics with jobs ranging from Business Journalism to Financial Analysis, didn't get much scope to cook earlier. Most of my time went to reading, writing financial as well as literary articles and other academic interests. The credit for my new- found love for cooking goes to my two-year old, for whom I am presently a stay-at-home hands-on mom with ample time to experiment in the kitchen!! This is a phase when I'm enjoying motherhood to the fullest and cooking has become more of a passion rather than the everyday mundane compulsion as it used to be in my hectic days...Now I'm a happy MOM, a happy COOK and a happy SOUL in all :) :)
