| Introduction | Breaking the Mold: My Journey Through Mental Health, Generational Cycles, and Finding a New Path For years, I’ve struggled silently with my own mental health—navigating the waves of anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion that often come without warning. On top of that, I’ve carried the weight of generational wounds—unspoken traumas, survival mindsets, and patterns passed down like heirlooms. I grew up believing there was only one way to succeed: follow the traditional path, keep your head down, do what’s expected. But no matter how hard I tried, I never felt like I truly fit in that mold. For a long time, I felt stuck—like I was moving through life in a fog, disconnected from my purpose and from myself. It wasn’t until I started exploring alternative education—learning outside the box, tapping into healing spaces, and connecting with others on similar journeys—that things began to shift. Slowly, I started to rewrite the narrative I had been handed. This blog is part of that process: a space to reflect, unlearn, grow, and share. |
