Introduction	I am working as a Blended e-learning facilitator for Te Toi Tupu in the Northern region this year. I have a keen interest in the use of current and emerging education technologies to promote learning. I've previously worked as a Primary teacher, ICT teacher, ICTPD facilitator and e-Learning facilitator. For the past 4 years I have been a Teaching and Learning Advisor (ICT) with Cognition Education, working with education reform projects, in the Middle East. I did have a short teaching experience in Kazahkstan at the end of 2012
