If you could peer far enough into the night sky, you'd see a star in any direction you looked. When would you sleep?
Hmm... this is a very philosophical question in a way, like asking how we know our sun is really our sun. I rather hated this part of college class discussions, so I would have to answer that I would pick one to determine my diurnal rhythms, and I pick the one known as our sun!
