| Introduction | We own 7 acres in Carterton, Wairarapa, New Zealand, which we purchased as bare land in 2009. We purchased an old villa believed to have been built circa 1917, had it set on the land, and we have gone on from there. We raise Dexter cattle, Dorper and Dorper/Wiltshire sheep, fatten pigs 2 at a time, and have chickens, as well as holding down full time jobs. We try to grow nearly all our vegetables and live an organic lifestyle as much as we are able |
