Introduction 2 children, many animals. 23 yr old son is in Iraq, he's in combat engineering. Lots of praying around here that he comes home safe. Although I am proud, it's a 24/7 thing, that's all you think about. 19 yr old daughter is in a medical program to eventually become a nurse. She recently made Deans list twice. We're all very proud of both of these kids. I have a great family and the best friends anybody could ask for. They were all so much help when I almost keeled over from the procedure, and they still are. They're there to help me battle this thing. Although, I am now being told by my very good friend, Steph, that I am obsessed with this. My response was that I am not obsessed, I simply cannot accept that they can continue to leave this device out there for others to be injured, and cannot accept that they are not taking responsibility for what happened to me. I will not let it go without fighting. I'm a Libra... helloooo. The scales of justice! :)
Interests A lot of time now is spent praying that my son comes home safely from Iraq. This NOVASURE situation and lawsuit is taking my mind off of the son being in Iraq... just a little bit. My goal is to also see to it that this device is reviewed for safety in an attempt to reduce the number of injuries/deaths that are still happening to women. Also, to win my case against them for almost killing me. It's disgusting that they (Cytyc)feel this many injuries and deaths are acceptable. Of course work is my other interest. I work for a great company and they were very understanding about everything... always have been.
