| Introduction | Ever since I started making jewelry with yarn and plastic beads, I have been enthralled by the design process. I love the variety the medium affords and I create pieces from anything I can get my hands on. Traditional materials - like hand-cut gemstones, pearls, Swarovski crystals, lampwork beads, gold, and silver - are staples in my work, but I also love incorporating vintage materials, upcycling industrial parts, and using mixed media to create different looks. I am currently interested in exploring more free-form wire designs and expanding my wire-wrapping repertoire, as well as playing with different kinds of metals. |
